The process is to carve out the designs and shape of the products on a piece of iron. It would have lines and recessed area for coloring purposes, and with level difference to make 2-D or 3-D effect. If special and detailed specifications are needed, our computerized molding machine can match your designs precisely.

QC

We conduct visual and mechanical inspections during each procedure of production. We also check again of our finished items before packing.
Q.C. Procedures and Details
Our Q.C. is conducted every step of the way. Products that did not meet the standard of our Q.C. requirements are taken off the production lines immediately from each procedure. Other than quality control, we also emphasis on environmental protection. We had designed a specific waste water filtering system for our production lines. The system had passed auditing of many of our clients including IOC, and even from the food industries.

R & D

Our R & D team are devoted to search for more products possibility. We constantly test for new combinations of different materials or items. Also we seek new ways to improve our manufacturing process to surpass our competitors in this field.
